I lost 8 pounds and 7 inches over the first 3 weeks, for a total of 15 pounds and 17 inches over the first 2 months. Bottom line is, I need a reset on my eating and exercise habits, and 21 Day Fix is a great way to do that!įirst things first…what is the 21 Day Fix? I first tried this program two summers ago and saw amazing results. I put it off repeatedly – for good reason, actually – and now it seems like the reason I was putting it off may be the reason I shouldn’t have been putting it off. Happy New Year! It’s time for everybody and their brother to jump on board the “exercise and eat better” bandwagon, right? Right! Well, as cliche as it may seem, I’m jumping into another round of the 21 Day Fix today. Quite honestly, not a lot of it has to do with the fact that it’s January 1…I’ve been needing to (and wanting to) get back into a better regimen of exercise and eating well, but there have been some things in life lately that have kept that from happening. I have therefore caved to the pumpkin pressure, and decided it was time to use fall’s favorite fruit (yes, I did have to look up whether it was fruit or vegetable) into some fluffy, flavorsome pancakes. Although fall in Kentucky is kind of like a pleasant summer in Michigan! I resisted for as long as I could, but I just had to let summer go, and accept the fall with open arms. I severely screwed it up, and I am extremely grateful my friend Paul saved the day, and is working hard to make it better than ever!
